Belanger Builders builds “truly custom” homes with limitless design and materials options. Each Belanger Builders home is designed specifically for each of our clients with no two homes being the same. Just as no two homeowners are the same, Belanger Builders treats each of our clients as unique individuals with unique needs, desires and budgets specific to their situations. There is nothing you can dream of, or ask for, that we cannot build and you will never hear us say, “you don’t want to do that” or “we cannot do this”. We are here to truly build your dreams – no matter how small or grandiose they may be. Everything from a small custom closet with special cubbies for your shoes to a 20’ high x 40’ wide saltwater fish tank in your foyer, we can handle it.

To assist you in managing all of these custom details, we have systems in place to make your building experience an easier and pleasurable one. You will know what decisions you need to make, when you need to make them and where you need to go to make your selections before we even start. We provide you with a client services person that will assist you in managing the selections process by coordinating meetings, scheduling walkthroughs and providing you with overall assistance whenever you need it. We even have design professionals available, through Belanger Builders Custom Design, that can assist you in space planning (furniture placement), lighting design, custom built-ins and in making material selections.

Certifications and Education:

The staff of Belanger Builders have obtained certifications listed below. In addition our staff is constantly improving their knowledge base by attending the latest building classes and seminars.

CGR - Certified Graduate Builder & GMB - Graduate Master Builder - These two top designations developed by NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) for builders. Designations help consumers to identify professionals who have demonstrated a commitmentto excellence. Their credentials demonstrate that business owners and senior management have undertaken continuing education courses in professional management. To earn one of these designations, a builder must complete a regularly updated curriculum of industry-related topics. Candidates for these designations are also required to pledge their commitment to a professional Code of Ethics.
